This organization was established by Kiba Masao, who was the former leader of Gamba Osaka, and doing activities to foster football players from South East Asia to be the J league players. Throughout continuous activities since 2012 in ASEAN countries, we are receiving high evaluations from numbers of local activities.

An exchange took place which saw two Suphanburi FC Academy players (U-16) visit Yokohama F Marinos Youth division. Yokohama F Marinos showed great understanding and cooperation as part of efforts to provide an opportunity to partner Suphanburi FC of Thailand and with the JDFA support, proceeded with the initiative after receiving a grant from the “Asia-People-to-People Exchanges Grant Program” of the Japan Foundation. Other international exchange activities included helping with school upkeep, calligraphy experience and work as stadium volunteers.

Feedback from Local Contacts :

The international exchange this time brought a wealth of experiences for both staffs and players alike. As well as leadership skills and how to receive instructions, the need for something beyond mere “words of communication” to deepen understanding further was felt for play on both sides. Ultimately, bringing people together can trigger some kind of stimulus or larger effect. It was a very meaningful activity and a reminder that ‘People improve People’. We would like to continue taking up such opportunities and cooperate to help boost and support international exchange.
